Contacting Julie Tang has probably been one of the greatest choices I’ve ever made. One of the few things that I loved about her coaching was how much she had me open up and talk about my daily life and everything that I’ve been eating. She helped me realize what the problem was, how it started, and how to change my eating habits. She considers my busy schedule and how much time I have though out the day. Not enough time is not an excuse anymore because she helps me make time for the foods I need to eat and how to prepare for the week ahead of me. She also helped me dig deep into why my eating habits have been so bad. The changes I’ve been making because of her have made my life at work and home a lot better. Each day, I’m feel better and better about my body and I’m seeing the result change. I’m still having Julie coach me and I’m excited to see what the results will be in a year from now. I was at 29% body fat, and in one month I went down too 22%, my goal is too be around 10-15%, and I know with Julie’s help, I’ll get there.”
