All Appointments are Virtual Visits

There is no need to travel to an office for the visit. Telehealth appointments are virtual visits with a provider via a smart phone, tablet or computer. Evening and weekend appointments may be offered to accommodate your schedule.

Meet Julie

Hello! I’m Julie Tang, a registered dietitian. Whether you are new or experienced to nutrition counseling, I welcome you wherever you are in your journey.

I specialize in weight management, preventative health and/or those with pre-existing diagnoses such as diabetes, hypertension, gout, certain GI conditions and cardiovascular conditions. I also offer guidance on eating healthfully while losing weight on GLP-1’s. I’m deeply committed to supporting my clients on this transformative journey by sharing evidence-based nutrition information, navigating through challenges together and creating a personalized action plan. Together, we will learn what are the right foods for your body, strategize how to shed bad dietary habits and learn to adopt new healthy habits, all while aligning with your personal goals.
