NUTRITION TO
HELP IMPROVE
YOUR HEALTH
AND WELLBEING

Nutrition plays a significant role in your health, including reducing health risks and allowing you to live a healthier life. Changing your diet can help improve your cravings, mood and energy.

I specialize in adult preventative health and sustainable weight management (weight loss/gain) and/or those with pre-existing diagnoses such as diabetes, hypertension, gout, certain GI conditions and cardiovascular conditions. I help my clients achieve their health goals by combining my knowledge in nutrition and behavior change theory so that they eat the right foods for their body, shed bad dietary habits and adopt new nutrition habits.
